Mozilla Foundation is a non-profit building a better technology future — powered by people, open by design, fueled by imagination.
We deliver people-first alternatives to today’s extractive systems. We build side by side with developers, innovators and advocates, united in the belief that a better technology future is not only possible — it’s ours to create.
Team
The Technology Platforms team supports the systems that help Mozilla Foundation staff collaborate, build relationships, and deliver on our mission. These systems, including Salesforce and several connected tools, form the operational backbone of our work. They help staff track impact, understand our community, and run programs with clarity and care.
The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in improving and stewarding these systems. You will take a product-minded approach across multiple platforms: discovering user needs, validating ideas, and implementing improvements that make our tools more usable, connected, and sustainable. Though Salesforce and integrated systems remain a core part of this role, your scope extends to the broader suite of platforms our teams rely on.
You will partner with colleagues across the Foundation to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and deliver thoughtful, measurable enhancements. This is a collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, solving problems with intention, and supporting teams with systems that feel reliable and intuitive.

Here are some projects you'll likely work on in your first 6 months:
- Platform operations and access management
- Platform enablement and support across program teams
- Platform communications and release updates
