A. No, in fact only msg compose speed and new window time are
automatic. See question 1's answer to enable.
3. How often can I expect this document to be updated?
A. For Windows platforms, this should be updated weekly - Mac
and Linux are bi-weekly. Sometimes though, the schedule is off due
to other demands.
4. Why are the results for New Window Time and Message Reply Speed
missing the 1st metric?
A. We already know the reason for both of these being slow the 1st
time - new window speed depends on
bug 49141.
In order for us to effectively measure our portion, we need to average
the subsequent times.
