Just follow these simple steps:

1.

Go to your Firefox Preferences and click the 'Sync' tab.
(Not sure where your preference pane is?)

2.

Click 'Set Up Firefox Sync' and 'Create a New Account'.

3.

Enter your email address, create a password and confirm it. Then check "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" and click Continue.

4.

Confirm that you are not a robot by entering the text from the image.

5.

Click 'Done' to close the setup window and take you back to the Sync panel.

6.

You're done! Firefox Sync will now automatically sync your data in the background from here on.
