Case insensitive sub-string search. This function is multibyte charset safe. It will consider characters boundary correctly. It also ignore case by considering the charset it used.
- Returns:
- NULL if s1 does not contains s2, otherwise, return the address of the sub-string in s1.
- Parameters:
- charSetID - Specifies the encoding of s1 and s2.
s1 - Specifies the first string
